As stated prior, the mug itself is great.. to clairify, it appears that the mug was microwaved for “1 minute” repeatedly with no liquid in it. Caused the ink to completely fade… (not a cup for a 9 year old apparently) Jeremy was extreamly helpful with the situation and i plan to buy a couple more mugs in the near future..
